Hey Graham,
All we want for Christmas is D.C. on the Kings!! Hopefully you can hash out a deal with his current team to get him outta there. We need someone big and strong wearing #17 and using his 6'5" frame to crush guys into the boards.

Just don't want to see him end up on a rival team. I think he can help the Kings win another Sutherland Cup.
I just got home from Newmarket where he was playing in a Jr. A Showcase tourney. He picked up an assist (dug the puck out of the corner and passed it out front) He also landed some hits that made the seats shake and did a great job at throwing the opposition off with all his chirping. He had them so frustrated one guy wanted to go with him with 6 seconds left in the game and he laughed at them and told the guy to go away before he got hurt. He's just the kind of grit the Kings need. His parents want him out and told me today that they've done all they can do, it's now up to the Kings to buy his release.

I've seen him play as well and he's better than half the players on the Kings. Everytime the Kings play a rough and tough team they get trounced. He's exactly what they need. Maybe i'll call the Winterhawks and get him a gig there. Good luck getting out of the first round Elmira

If it is Doug Clarkson, maybe his brother David Clarkson could beat the crap out of Toronto's GM for his release.

4th liner???
How many 4th liners do you know that get constantly pestered by Peter DeBoer to come play for the Rangers and rack up almost a point a game while only seeing the ice for about 8 mins a game can you think of. Personally I think he's in a bad situation playing for Sean Carney. Another kid on that Thunderbird team who's suddenly getting ice time that he wasn't seeing before is racking up the points in that Tourney. Greg Miller only saw the ice maybe twice a game up until this tournament is getting more ice time now and has 6 goals and 2 assists in 3 games to lead the tourney. Sean Carney's a moron.

first of all its a bad tournament.thats why no good teams join it nemore its just a raises money for the new market team. they played the worst american teams around. secondly, the jr a league is so bad and the thunderbirds play in one of the worst jr a divisions, and the kid doesnt have ne points. not doing to good if u ask me. and dont make excuses for him that no ice, he must be no good if getin no ice

He's getting no ice because Carney play's his 20 year olds instead. And what are you talking about? It's a terrible league? Gimme a break it's better than that crap you guys follow here in the midwest. Toronto Thunderbirds top line would all be 100 point men in this watered down league.

u gotta be jokin they play against worst rank teams in ontario for jr a and dont even have a lot of points. waterd down so much is jr A. to many teams in the loop and most of them r weak. prolly only 6 teams in the whole league that r actually good. rest of teams average at best and the rest of the league cant compete every nite. every team in jr b compete every nite except orangeville, wheatfield, and leamington.

couple players from the mid west played Jr A there last year and year before and they did well then when the league had top players and better teams. they r also doing well this year in the mid west.

There isn't a whoe lot of difference in the player calibre in Tier 2 and Jr B. For the most part the guys are older and a maybe on a team wide basis a little bigger. Our league is good.
