Not a chance. No Pelligrino now and he was the main reason kids bolted and wouldn't come to the program. Rizzetto has done a great job bringing in the right people and the right players. They will do more than show up next season.

I think the Eagles are a One Year Wonder this year. They have far too many older players who won't be around next year. My 2 favorite teams have always been the Hawks and the Eagles, so I'm having a great Junior B season so far this year. Hopefully both teams will meet in the finals.

The Eagles want the Cherrey and Sutherland Cup. They aren't worried about next year.

Rizetto looks good only because he has the money backing him to bring in the good players. Like they say, wait until the money pit goes away then good luck. By the way, when is Montour done - isn't it this year - money may just dry up when kid is gone and daddy has no further interest in the team. Still can't believe Rizetto picked this kid over some others for the Allstar game this year - MONEY DOES TALK!!!!

Montour was nominated for the game, like every player. Bignell did not have to select him for his team but he did.

i dunno about that buddy....eagles controlled all of second and most of third till bridgeman took over ....calling eagles for 3 minor penalties in the last 5 minutes ..come on now...why didnt he just hand the hawks the win....game could have gone either way...rizz did his best to get the right guys out there and it worked for most of the game...wait till thursday when eagles get last change and no bignell behind hawks bench.....nothin is better then revenge....eagles have dominated hawks in the own building for the past 2 years....

Why did you say Bignell will not behind the Hawks bench on Thursday ? is he suspended ? It felt good to beat you guys last night I would thank Ryan Hand for the win this guy is brain dead and is holding your team back witch is good for us. your coach putting Naylor on the ice with under a minute to go I found it funny he has no skill he was put on the ice to try to hurt somebody and tht is sad. The hawks will beat you because we have a hockey coach and you have a ego maniac behind the bench.

the offisde call in the 3rd when the player was skating forward with the puck how do you bring urself offside, bad call there and it lead to a goal. The Eagle winger actually put himself offside as he was well over the blue line before he dragged the puck over.(did not have control of the puck). As for that goal, the Hawk netminder had already removed himself from the goal when the whistle blew. So sorry Eagles but that's the way is was. It's all on the copy of the game tape that Rizzo received. Get him to give you a copy.

Coaching wins championships, Brantford doesnt have it. Plain and simple.. They'll beat up on all the other less skilled teams, but any team with some talent and some coaching will be able to beat Brantford.

Hawks or Kings will hoist the Cherrey not the Eagles!

I think you might be right.Brant is like a chuckwagon team who has thorobreds at the front, belgians in the middle and clydstales in the rear. Looks good in theory, but not proven in practise. Playoffs will tell the tale.
