Has the organization of the once dominating Jr.B Stratford Cullitons finally come to an end? I think so. The way I see it, even O-ville is looking down on them and thats embarrasing (sorry O-ville but ur bound to always be the but of the joke). With a captain named Mark "Crotchford", you know your organization is in deep water without water wings or land in site.

you mean Mark crawford, i dont understand the crothford part, nice try tho, how is a team who's 3 and 1 bad, why is this the end of an era and why would you even think of thinking orangeville is in the same category as stratford or visa versa...you're all jealous thingys and should give yer head a shake and think before you speak idiot!

Stratford as you recall last year was in the middle of the pack until mid-november and then they went on a tear and finished tied with kitchener, only to lose top spot on a tie-breaker...cullies are waiting in the weeds and it's only a matter of time until all their ducks are in a row...prediction 1st place by Nov. 10/05 ;D

OK, so you predict a 1st place standing by Nov. 10 (oddly enough u narrowed it to a specific date). I could see that. Lets say you even hold on to that position until the end of the 48 game schedule. Again, not out of the ordinary for the cullitons. However, does that mean that you will lose to the 8th place team first round this year 4 games straight rather than the 7th place team? The way I see it. Not one Culliton player should be coming on here and running their mouth because you guys dont have bragging rights coming into this season. You have to earn some respect again. The "Ratty" Ratford Cullitons will never dominate again after last years embarrassmen, never!!!

Well I am in no way associated with the Cullies, just merely a midwest fan who has watched his share of games in cold rinks over the years. Last year's exit by the Cullies was an anomaly and not like to be repeated again. To say their reign of supremacy in the B ranks is over is a little premature. There is no doubt that Stratford is the team everybody hates, just like the Yankees, but that is bread by the success they have had since joining this league. Yes they are thingyy, yes they are arrogant and yes they have every right to be. Flannigan & CO. always seem to find a way to finish in the top of the league([glow=red,2,300]never lower than 3rd[/glow]). Any way you slice it that's pretty impressive. So I stand by my prediction. I will take it further and state they will beat Elmira in the final and Cambridge will do the nosedive in the playoffs just like last year when the Kings ate them alive.

nosedive? ?elmira ate them alive? ?they beat them in 7 games in ot buddy...and if lobsinger was healthy to play in game 7 elmira would have been out and cambridge would have won the cherry cup

I wish everyone would quit wishing for the demise of the Cullitons. They are too connected. I am not a Culli fan, in fact I am anything but. The best predictor of future performance is past performance. Let's be realistic, based on history. They have connections, they have cash and they have reputation. They will make every effort to get what they need. I am not predicting a Culli Cherrey cup but they be in the final four! You can quote me on that!

The Cullitons have been good for this league for years. They give every team some one to hate and it makes their teams better. Every team judges themselves against Stratford, Sorry Listowel, no disrespect. Last night Kitchener, who have been brutal so far came in and played a good solid game. Why, because it was against Stratford. One question, being one year removed from back to back Sutherland Cups spells their demise. The way you guys talk you would think they won it every year before. Before 2003, their previous cup was in 1995, 8 years. Sure they are usually comptetive but don't always win. Think about it 1 first round exit in 30 seasons.

Cullitons defeat Kings last night 3-1. Didn't see the game. Are the Culli's dead? Don't think so! It is going to be crowded at the top in the Mid-West. This is the way it is supposed to be.

Stratford is a very young team this year, has anyone ever thought that this could be a rebuilding year for them

How can you say it's a rebuilding year for them, they never rebuild, they'll still be competing for the league title this year maybe even a suthy but for the most part this team will be together for a few more years and another suthy will come back to stratford within 3 years if this team stays in tact which it most likely will
