ok the forum i have no problems with i just tried your link search.yahoo.com/bin/search?p=MIDWESTERN%20JR%20B ...... If you can get to this search, click on the first link number 1 called " Mid-Western ontario junior hockey league ". It takes me directly to the site. Please post on how you made out with trying this. Thanks

What ISP are you with? Sometimes it takes a few days before a new version of a website cycles thru a particular provider, but I've never heard of it taking this long...very strange.

Any luck yet? If you still can't get it I would try contacting your provider.

Flush your cache memory from your computer. The reason it loads the old link is because it has no connectivity and it sends you the result of your previous sites. Check that you have connectivity first. Secondly, flush your history and then re-type the url for the mid western junior b site ans voila, you will be connected.

Thanks. I'm not sure if I did it right but it didn't seem to work. When you say flush your cache is that the same as deleting cookies?
Anyway, I emailed Golden/Execulink and this is what they told me:
This would be the golden.net name servers causing this as far as I can tell. That domain was hosted here at golden and there is still an active account for that domain in our database, and a webpage located on one of our hosting servers (likely the old one you are seeing).
An authoritative name server for that domain name points elsewhere however.
I have emailed what information I have available to our Corporate Sales Department as well as our Corporate Technical Support Department to have this looked into further.
The good news is that Execulink's name servers are pointing to the external site... it's only Golden's name servers that are pointing locally.
If you know how to change the DNS server settings for your internet connection, you could force the following settings to use Execulink's name servers for the time being:
BY NAME BY IP ------- ----- Primary DNS ns.execulink.com 199.166.6.2 Secondary DNS ns-bmi.execulink.com 216.183.129.9
Thank you,
Dave Tietz execulink Technical Support
anyone know how to do this?
p.s. who won between kitchener and elmira?

Nevermind, Golden seems to have fixed the problem. Thanks to all who helped.
