My understanding is, unless O-Ville makes a coaching change many players will request a trade. This could be very difficult for O-ville who are lead by Dale Hawerchuck.

It seems there are a number of teams this season, according to this message board that were in need of a coaching change at some point this season. Brantford slow start: fire the coaches, good thing they didn't cause there going now...Kitchener/O'ville no start...fire the coaches...Listy/Waterloo showing signs of below average...fire the coaches...maybe they could trade coaches amongst themselves to see if it shakes things up.

I have to say one thing here. O-Ville has a coach who has ONLY high school experience. Never coached Junior in his life. At least Kit/Waterloo/Cycs all have coaches who have Junior experience and has a bench with assistants who have also some experience. O-Ville can be saved if their coach stepped down with some dignity and let these kids be coached.

Sutton's running the show there they won't get rid of him, if they did Dale could take over and actually coach and not warm the bench

Mahovolich, I offered to coach, they declined. Perhaps with your name they may just go for it. Can you imagine, Mahovolich & Hawerchuk!!

oville has a couple solid forwards and D's as well as a great tender I'm sure they could make some trades if they wanted. by the sounds of it if you had a coach who wasn't out of highschool you might be winning a little more.
Can a player really buy his release??

yah devine did buy his own release because the organization told us that they will not release anyone and basicalyl wont trade anyone either ...unless the deal is huge in our favour....take hirtle for example thats why he isnt on another jr.b team...so he just left for gtown for nothing!

worst management and coaching in the league. oville almost had it right this year as they iced a solid team but had no direction to help it be a playoff contender. they have some talent just not behind the bench
