I think Eddie 'O' was an underated player during his time. He scored 42 goals in a season while with the Leafs in the late 80s and had 90 points the following season. Does anyone know who played on his line? I'm guessing it wasn't Gary Leeman or Peter Inachek. Was Vaive still around?

My memory doesn't serve me well enough to remember Eddie's linemates, but I remember him as a good offensive player with the and he was also a key contributor in many was with the Rangers.
I don't have my book with me right now to look the stats up, but I betcha he was a helluva player with the Cullitons.

I think he had over 100 points when he was in Stratford?

Eddie had 144 points in in 42 games back in the early 80's. He was just 16 years old and lead the Cullitons to the Suthy Cup Final where an injury depleted line-up (just 2 d left) was swept by the Henry Carr Crusaders from the Metro Toronto Jr B league. back then the road to the cup was a long haul as 5 or 6 leagues compteted for the cup. He was a joy to watch.
At the time that was an OHA record, then a player from Owen Sound tied it or maybe passed it by 1?? until 1997 when Erik Anderson from the Cullitons passed it.
