word in the arenas is that Stratford is picking up Kelan Herr from the London Knights for on defense. Can anyone confirm this.

It looks like Kelan Herr is a Culliton, he cleared waivers last night and should play Friday. Some much needed toughness on D. Look for another big transaction soon. This team is building and getting some size to go with their little speedy guys. The Lainge kid is no plug. Not a smooth skater, but not slow either, has good hockey sense and size. This team seems to have good chemistry as well.
Don't count them out.

Good to hear the Herr deal is final. After the Cullitons sent down Dolcetti they were down to 6 Dmen on their roster...and that included Crawford who is normally a forward.

I would assume (without seeing him of course) if he even got a sniff with the Knights he isn't garbage.

At the risk of repeating myself I must ask. Why is it that when any player is traded or picked up he becomes a useless player. I dont really want to believe that all teams are run by incompitant dumb dumbs who go looking for the worst players they can find to add to their roster. So what is this sudden transition players undergo when they change teams??

Dalpe is going to be a good player in this league, he will develop this year and be a solid player for the future. He sees the ice well and has hands.
I am willing to bet that "hometown kid" poster could be Murphy - sour grapes? Murphy would be on the team if he would pass the puck and use his size more. Something to work on!

NO sry Mr.Nelson it's not murphy and if your son even had hands or size he might be playing something better then midget get your facts straight before you come on here and start assuming it's murphy and it shows how good of a scout you are any body who was the head of central scouting would know ryan murphy should of got drafted and if your werent the sour grapes that he is better then your son you would realize that grow up and stop chripping 16 year olds your real tough you plug

So - every scout in Ontario MISSED Murphy. A kid usually does not get drafted for a good reason. A little advice - work on your team play and physical play. And do you honestly think that Mr. Nelson cares to post on here. You have got the wrong guy pal.

when u got a team as bad as the one murphy is playing for why would u pass the puck the team has about 5 guys that can put the puck in the net and the coach puts 2 of them on the same line and puts murphy with a bunch of kids who can't skate or shot so when you go to the next game watch and see how many times murphy is on the ice with someone who is decent

I was talking about at Culliton camp and exhibition games. He either does not see the ice OR he is selfish. I'm telling ya, work on that part of the game and you have a shot at the higher level.

you also forgot to add murph is just a flat out lazy piece of crap on the ice, a little more effort and he'd be alright
