Whats going on with these guys right now? Is it all about injuries and missing players?

check the lineup on the league website yesterday. They are hurting and every player missing is a top player. they just can't seem to score and their pk is terrible. Goaltending?? They started the year strong and have a good core but they need to get healthy or get some players. League is tight and they're not out of it but they need to do something.

Lost to orangeville tonight....
discipline the team has none, they need more speed and a more balanced attack up front, time to make some trades and find a couple new faces...

Plenty of good players in Grey Bruce. Go get them! Cancel your affliation with the Bulldogs. They're killing you! Who is going to be the next to go Royle, Rutherford, these guys are 18 now.

Too bad for Kevin. Tremble goes to school in Waterloo. Be huge travel committment to OS although the kids hometown is Durham!

It may be a travel commitment, and I am not saying tremble will be playing in o.s. but they already have one player going to school in waterloo that travels, no big deal there.

a guy with 5 points not going to be a big help. 3rd - 4th line player in this league. There is a reason Elmira is releasing him

For sure but do you need help or don't you. It boils down to cash buy or trade. You don't have enough bodies to trade and the top teams are looking to buy not sell.

There are better moves to be made than Tremble. We have better players in Kincardine who we could call up. I'm sure our GM has something in the works.

Tremble is the newest Grey as of Friday Afternoon, he didn't look too bad out there last night.

Sure helped tonight Orangeville 7 Greys 2, Tremble go back to C, you were only good because you were on a good line. Daddy tried buying your way into Elmira did you enjoy the 2 minutes of ice time per game there...
And hey if I'm wrong do something in Owen Sound cause so far you havent.

Jr C player yousound like a jealous wee turd. Are you a better player than Tremble? If you are tell us who you are so we can bring you up to play with the big boys. Its not his fault if his dad has money. If anything its a curse because of jealous boys like you. Grow up.

Ya actually I had more points than him last year in Jr.C but elected to say and have some fun. Already played the B loop. And I know for a fact Tremble got to play for Elmira because daddy's connections and money. But money can only take you so far talent has to do the rest. 2 games with the Greys 0 points. and he can't complain about ice time now. So I reiterate my point.

I wish I had a dollar for every Jr C guy who said he got more points than somebody else and played in the B loop blah! blah! blah! This thread is going nowhere. If you didn't have fun playing B hockey it was only because you weren't playing. Nuff said!

heard during some hockey conversations that this team is not only having problems with their winning status but is also hurting big time with the purse strings. Could it be that Kincardine will be pulling away and looking for another sponsor next year or could the Greys just take they're well deserved spot in the Junior "C" ranks were they belong. Or maybe they should find themselves a new scout whom is not self centred and only has concern for one player on the team

I think it would be a shame to lose a team from the league unless another could be found closer to the "Tri-Cities" area. Historically, the Greys have iced some good teams. Let's not stick the fork in them yet!

Heard the Greys are pulling their affiliation with the Dogs as they have hurt them more than helped them. Heard they are looking at the Highlanders 'AAA'.

Affliating only with a midget team may not be the best move. I'm sure they would rather have access to 19 and 20 year olds that are local.
