when Virani was traded to the dominators the Robin Incoe was quoted as saying Virani had committed to a D3 school for 2006. Im sure a lot of Guelph kids from the Doms could og next year.

Virani to D3....BS...he is horrible....no D3 school would take a plug like him who can't skate....learn to skate and maybe he will be respected in the league...until then he remains brutal.

Just because a kid gets a scholly does it have to be fully athletic? ? Virani has a 90%+ average for school so i would not be surprised if its half athletics half grades cuz we all know scouts like kids with brains.

Virani's already at University of Guelph. Why leave? To the players saying he can't skate he skates just fine. Knocked around easily though. And I bet you wish you had a 90+ average. You probably can't count that high.
Doms are reshaping, don't expect many of them back in '06-'07.
Great run fellas fell short but it was a pleasure watching you.

I agree with loyal fan, how many would have returned to play with the injury he sustained? Virani is fine and did well against Guelph whenever they played. However, you are entititled to your opinion. I am sure if he played more he would have been an impact. He accepted his role and contributed (big goal in Straty) and had a good attitude. Question will be, will he stay?
