It's my understanding that Guelph have signed him, there were no cards left in Kincardine, who had originally purchased his rights.

How many Virani threads do we need. He isn't playing. Not likely to play thisa year. he's not an impact player anyways.

He may playing sooner than you think and he is a better player than you give him credit for. I wouldn't even count him out for tomorrow if all goes well.

Totally agree with "too much talk" . Mr. Virani is certainly not worthy of all this conversation. Mediocre at best. Congrats to him on getting on another team though. Hope it works out for Guelph who has been playing very well of late.

who cares when or how he plays. This is Junior B and Guelph did not sign him for the heck of signing him or to warm the bench, give this kid some respect. I know for certain he is a good hockey player and he can only help. I give him credit for not giving up after his injury and calling it a season. Will he be the same, time will tell, but get off his back and let him be. He is a Guelph native and I say kudos to the Doms for signing him.

Nah he wont play, doms are short one forward but that void will be filled by rich hornseth... virani was a signing for next year, and maybe get the kid a game or 2 of playoff experience. good kid tho

Don't count on seeing Hornseth until after Walkerton are eliminated. And I'm not attacking Virani I'm just saying wait til he plays and see what he does. For sure it is nice to see locals playing on local teams. Walkerton won game 1 of their series last night!

Mahovolich stick to your Jr.C forum bud. Virani played and did just fine. Taking on a different role in Guelph but for any kid to come back after his injury its amazing he can even play. I'm sure the Doms will continue to use him.
As for Hornseth you're right he'll be busy with that Jr.C team of yorus.
As for the Doms they are red hot. Playing great hockey. Total team effort tonight. Levielle with 7 points though.... wow

Good luck to the Doms the remainder of league play and congratulations to Mullin in the excellent job of coaching. It's great to see two organizations the Walkerton Hawks in Jr "C" and the Doms both doing so well. The organizations both must have great staff in the background making all the right choices and keeping the teams focused with pride in the Jersey they wear. Best of luck to both Teams in playoffs.

Thanks for the vote of confidence "reality check". But considering the Walkerton Hawks are a mostly new group to Junior hockey they have done very well and will be sincere in trying to give the Icemen a challenge. The Icemen do have a well disciplined talented team and will be a pleasure to play against and to learn from, but it's not over to "who know you sings". Just come out and watch and you can take note of the scouts that will be observing regarding some of the talent that is on the Hawks bench and will be in "B" next year.

I take it back you know nothing about Jr.C seeing as how your playing the Wingham IRONMEN... You will be swept 4 straight. the only talent on that team is Richard Hornseth who had his fun and is winding down his career.
You won a best of 3 series and you will be swept end of story

Hornseth winding down his career what has he done to hear or deserve that. He comes and plays for the dominators when asked and chips in. Great kid.
As for the hawks not being so hot wait till next year, give them a year back in the league and see what happens. I hear Cooper is moving that way to become a Hawk with his close buddy Hornseth. And maybe some others should be a great off-season.
For now though, Good luck to the hawks and Doms in their runs in the playoffs
