Tonight's game was a good watch. The dominators clearly outplayed the kings for all 3 periods. Good for Carr not retaliating about the fat lip.Great game for the fans, both teams worked hard, reffing was fine.

Reffing was fine? Moggy is an awful referee! He called Guelph for 9 minors to Elmira's 2 and one of Elmira's penalties was a yip yap penalty! Guelph still took it to Elmira except for a couple hiccups in stages of the game. I agree with you assessment of the game Hockeyeyes but you may want to re-assess your statement that "the reffing was fine."

Well when I say the reffing was fine that isn't saying it was great. Moggy didn't let the game get out of hand and that is important. If you are referring to Dobbie's penalty you are right but it's his nature to yip a little more than some refs will tolerate and he paid the price. When I say it was fine I also mean that what the ref did had little or no bearing on the outcome of the game, and that is very important.

what I'm saying is that if Guelph hadn't played so well and their penalty killers hadn't done such a good job that Moggy would have played a part in the outcome of the game. I'm also saying that there were alot more infractions that could have been called against the Elmira players on Guelph players that weren't. A yip yap penalty was not the result of an infraction against a Guelph player...so look at it that way and you go 8 guleph infractions called (Carr had a yip yap too) against 1 Elmira infraction. If it wasn't for the coaching staff and the players on the Doms staying disciplined and composed that game could very well have gotten out of hand!!

moggy just stuck it to guelph this game because of the last time he was in guelph, the coaches really gave it to him

With a name like guest who are you to ask me who I am you big silly. I doubt if I know more about the dominators than I do the kings or any other team. I don't think moggy appeared to stick it to either team and as far as composure is concerned I don't think guelph demonstrates any more maturity than do the kings or stratford or any of the other teams. Take taylor's ejection for example what kind of composure did that demostrate when you are winning. It was a good game , not badly run and guelph won by playing well. If we all saw things the same way we wouldn't need a forum, would we?
