Be realistic with your thoughts. There's a lot of good players, but who REALLY has a shot at the NHL?

Oh come on !!! John Neal are you serious.... No offence hear I like the guy he is a great Defenceman in Jr B and was great when he was in Stratford at a very young age but he never even got picked up by another Jr A team and you say he can make the NHL get real.

Osahwa wouldn't trade John no matter what... he got offers all the time from other teams in the O but Oshawa would never give him up... With the new rules in the NHL, Neal could have a chance with his backwards speed.... but who knows!

I'm guessing Buck might have a shot. He's got the talent and the smarts and with a little time he'll be bigger and stronger. Kropf maybe....Ford maybe...

I agree Buck stands a chance if he bulks up a little more in the next couple years. He's still young maybe 17? He's got some height 6'? and some serious talent and with a little more muscle who knows.

Give your heads a shake. The quality of players in this league has continually deteriorated over the last few years. If this guy had any upside potential then an O team would have scooped him up in the last 2 drafts. Did that happen? In the past Stratford has paraded the cream of the crop onto the Jrb stage but not this year. Stratford needs to salvage something out this horrible season so why not "rookie of the tear" and continue to cry us a river.

your an idiot if you knew anything or researched anything you just talked about you would have found out buck turned down a chance to play in the O this year for the greyhounds...he's undrafted and obviously missed...now interested in a scholarship

although he has moved up to the O, Lobsinger has a great chance right now ranked 28th in North American goalies and playing great hockey for the icedogs.

some guys develop later. martin st. louis never drafted for example... anything is possible and if not hte show many of these players could play in Europe, the ECHL and possibly the AHL - a much more realistic prediction.
The show a long shot for anyone but alwyas a possibility. just have to catch someone's eye and you could be on your way.

Yes its a long shot, one in a million makes it to the NHL, but it's fun to talk about it and just take a stab who has that one in a million chance......lighten up

yeah right, no one has a shot at the show unless your a 13 y/o superstar, no one playing junior b has a legitimate shot at it. get real

many players still can get school which is education.possibly echl and ne other proffessional league.some can even go to europe. mainly school which equals education which equals a quality job, not everyone cares to make it to the nhl

Any decent player over 6ft or 200lbs has a shot at the top. You have no way of knowing when decent players will blossom into great players, or when a scout will notice someone having a great couple of weeks and put him on the list. Its a lottery as much as it is a selection. All you can do is work hard, smile if someone notices you and never lose hope.

I'd like to congratulate Scott Trugunna for having a great year so far with the Owen Sound Attack. He is a product of Mount Forest Minor Hockey, Highlander AAA and the Owen Sound Greys. He has found his way by hard work and perserverence and deserves to succeed at wherever he may end up. It may be a long road as I don't think he has any family ties to previous pro's but good luck Scott and keep up the good work.

should start with which players will even make it to the next step next year, there are probably less than 10 players who will go from the league to the OHL, start by looking at the youngest players first as they have the best chance, undrafted older players most likely have little chance, who are the 16 year olds with a chance

Traccitto and Locke on Cambridge will play in the OHL next year.

Traccitto maybe Londons lossing alot of players next year.
Locke no way the kid has no balls he'd get killed up there
Neilly from Brantford maybe Guelph will need forwards next year but he'll be up against Manderson from Guelph they both might make it.
Taylor from Stratford might make it no skill but he can fight.
the other site has has Mercer going to Saginaw and Kitchener camps but he's undrafted probably not going to make it.
The big allstar Lynch from waterloo no way.
There all 89's
